The work was done. Took longer than I expected this time. Did get right in. Car sat out completed, for a while. Work done, but I had to go approach the man at the desk to see if my paperwork was done and I could get going. After the work, cabin filter or similar, had an alert/alarm pop up on the dashboard that there was an exhaust problem. Didn't expect this. Finally cleared.
We were on the road between Phoenix and Boise and the oil change warning was coming on every time we stopped. With hundreds of miles still to go on our road trip we knew the oil needed to be changed. Murdock Acura allowed us to set up a schedule even after normal scheduled service time and took very good care of us. Thank you guys.
It was good. It was a little pricey but maybe that's how it goes. ????
Staff were nice but waited too long. Simple oil change took 2 hours. Was told that the online scheduling system was not perfect. Please fix it
took my car in for a free oil change for the first time. i was told the techs couldn't get to drain plug out of my oil pan, and that it needed to be replaced. i took it to my neighborhood mechanic, he had it back to me the same day no problem.
Always excellent. Great service always. They are always very knowledgeable, accommodating, communicate problems and explain services needed. Couldn't ask for better service.

We had an excellent experience buying from this dealship. We called ahead about the car We were interested and Jim brought it up to the front so it was ready when we got there. The buying process was pretty simple since I already had financing arranged with my credit union. We were in and out of there in a couple of hours. Received service quote. After I dropped it off I was informed it was double what was quoted. I declined service and was called back 30 minutes later telling me they made a mistake. Not a good experience for my first service since Jody sold. Not a good one. I have been a customer for 35 years. Purchased many vehicles from Jody. Not a customer anymore. To make matters worse they start your service off with a big sign announcing customer will be charged for using a CC. Seriously???

Murdock will charge 2.5% for customer use credit card. The previous Acura dealer didn't. Something an input for Murdock.
Kira was very responsive both prior to me coming in and helpful even after the sale with questions I had.

New windshield installed by you. 1st time through car wash dash lighted up with warnings. Called and Dana said bring it in. Sat there over 2 hours nothing fixed. Tech said windshield wasn't oem and that was the problem. Dana said he would call next day still haven't heard from him. Husband called, talked to Christy, she said windshields were on a national back order. So they installed aftermarket windshield that doesn't work.
We appreciated Joshua's attention and his direct answers. We felt like he listened to our questions and let us work through our own hesitations. We loved the car but needed to be sold on the value.

As a 30 year customer of Jody Wilkinson, I did not appreciate the AI aspect of the Murdock dealership. I am used to talking to a human to schedule service, and review service results: Your initial tech said I needed 1k in additional repairs when the master tech reviewed and said it wasn’t necessary. Don’t forget the customer service aspect of the industry…some of us expect it!

My air conditioner is still not cold. I paid $350 and drove all the way from north of Salt Lake 45 minutes to the dealership they made it blow cold but it’s not freezing like it should be.
A little slower than I would like and they forgot my lug key so I had to drive back. The tech also forgot to reset my maintenance minders so I had to do that as well.

It was great. They made sure I was taken care of. When my car wasn't finished in time for my trip they got me a loaner that could could hold all the kids I was taking.
The SA was fantastic. The dealership is struggling to adapt to the new owners. The prices have gone up noticeably and they charge a cc processing fee.
The gentleman I worked with was very informative and kind. The whole experience just felt extremely different than under previous ownership. Less personal, more of feeling like just a number. Couldn't put my finger on it, but didn't love it. In fact I called my husband when I was pulling out to say the car was finished and told him I didn't see myself going back.
Thank you for your great service. The main improvement I would suggest is shortening customer wait times.
I had a fare experience at the dealership we had a 8:00 am appointment because we wanted to get in and get out with reasonable time to get our oil changed. I don't know what is a reasonable time to get checked in but it took half an hour for us During the time we waited the service advised check in with us to let us know the status of our car, the second time was he recommended that the oil in rear differential should be change the price was $115 so I agree to have the worked done. Alan - he was great. Whoever did the service on the car didn't put the cover plate back over the cabin air properly and left the shelf in the glove box rattling around. I did it properly myself upon noticing. I'll go back only because I purchased 3 oil changes and tire rotations and I appreciate Alan. If not for those two things I'd probably go back to Mike Hale.
Ppl that I worked with were very kind and friendly. That's not my issue. I brought my car in for tire balance. It didn't work the first time so I brought it back again. The 2 services were almost 6 hrs of wait time and my car is still shaking at high speeds. Not as bad but still shaking. I'm frustrated and disappointed.
The experience of making the appointment and bringing the car in was very smooth. The service was done in a reasonable timeframe.
Getting the vehicle in for service seemed a little difficult. Once in for service, the communication and status of the vehicle was in my opinion lacking. Vehicle was repaired, but still know very little about the failure, cause, correction, etc. They are very friendly, however and we really appreciated their efforts to make things right.
No uber home, so it ate up most of my day left my wheel cover loose, cant complain because it was all free, but it felt like more of a hassle than anything

Oil change took almost 2 hours, I was recommended services that have recently been completed and was told the guys in the shop were new.
Made an appt for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour. It took 3 hours. Evidently the dealership is very understaffed. They also didn't wash my car, which I have come to expect from Jody Wilkinson Acura.
They made me feel heard and ensured I was happy with my vehicle and service.
I understand Dana is new but he really struggled. Another adviser had to come help him figure out how to accept payment. It took almost 20 mins to checkout.
Dealership is new and I felt there was a morale drop with some of the employees.
Kira Joko was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. She has mastered the art of connecting with potential buyers without being pushy or awkward. After our experience, I told my wife that I wished every salesperson selling vehicles could be exactly like Kira. I'll be back for my next Acura for sure!

There is a significant reduction in customer service from Jodi Wilkinson ownership. From attention to offering a loaner car for a larger service appointment, to the complimentary snacks/drinks offered to the interaction from your service reps. Not the same and now considering going to Mike Hale after using this dealership for 20+ years. Acura is a luxury brand and isn’t like Kia and the other brands Murdock owns. Need to make the experience with the value of the purchase.
On May 27, 2026, my Acura TL had 158,576 miles and Murdock Acura recommended a Service4 6CYL service for $3,224.
That service had already been performed at the same location for $1,632 when it was Jody Wilkinson Acura on September 22, 2020 when my car had 100,260 miles.
Murdock claims they don’t have service records older than 3 years.
I don’t appreciate being told I need a service that had already been performed by the same location and isn’t due again.
Also, it appears this dealership has doubled their service prices since 2020.

I was always a fan of Jody Wilkinson and worried that service would suffer with the change of ownership. I was not disappointed. They were great.
Requested that psi in tires be set at 45, came back with all tires at 35. Was initially told I need a new window washer motor without confirming that it was simply low on fluid. Recommended I change brake fluid, when it had been done according to the recommended schedule already. Why didn't they look at the service record before making that recommendation? Would have scheduled to buy new tires from dealership, but since Murdock will not perform free tire rotation, I will just purchase them elsewhere.
Dalila provided excellent customer service, timely follow up and communication, clear explanation of needed repairs, and arrangement of a loaner vehicle while our RDX was in your shop. Very satisfied!
Return visit because brake pads were there the previous day. I came back on Saturday and had a great experience and I appreciated the car wash too

Quicker than estimated time. Friendly service Information about the one future maintenance requirement was just that. No trying to sell anything.
Everything at the dealership was fine. The problem was the 2.5% credit card fee. Also the coffee machine in the waiting area hasn't worked since we have been coming into the dealership.
The service department went above and beyond to make sure both visits to the shop were comfortable and as quick as possible, especially given the shop is shorthanded. I appreciated the timely way they finished up the work I requested.
Alan was great. I do fundamentally disagree however with sales people in the service department. Alan was good but I could tell there is pressure to oversell services.

I had a great experience. I came for an emissions test and the multi-inspection. I had service in December and knew I might need brake pads. I am going to have the front ones repaired this Friday. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash and my interaction with Luis and a woman who I think is the service manager.
Got the car in and out at a good time frame. The cookies and expresso are always a plus.

They are efficient, and do very good work, especially if the appointment has details. Love the free car wash & inspection, but I miss the antimicrobial spray they used to give us complimentary.
